About Kindred Care
Kindred Care was founded by Kristi Smith and Nastassia Waggoner, bringing over 15 years of experience in DDD services, group home management, compliance, and behavior support.
We’ve worked on the front lines and behind the scenes, supporting individuals with complex needs while helping agencies stay aligned with DDD standards.
Our experience includes behavior treatment planning, staff training, program oversight, and quality improvement.
We understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to build services that are consistent, effective, and person-centered.
DDD Qualified Vendor Supports & Trainings
Kindred Care provides hands-on support to DDD Qualified Vendors across Arizona. Services include behavior plan development (BTP), PRC preparation, compliance support, quality assurance, and staff training.
We help agencies strengthen documentation, improve operations, and stay aligned with DDD requirements while delivering high-quality, person-centered services.
Why Kindred Care
